GROW (Guidance-Rights-Opportunities-Wellbeing) Consortium is a partnership between three Zimbabwean organisations who believe that children deserve more than just help; that they deserve a decent future. Chimana Child Protection Organisation (CCPO), Inclusive Global Media (IGM), and Skills Amplification Programme (SAP) are partners who seek to foster this initiative. Formed in 2025, our consortium brings together expertise in child protection, media, and skills training. By joining together, we combine our expertise to protect children, amplify their voices, and give them the skills they need to build independent and successful lives.
Who We Are
We are a consortium of three specialist organisations, each bringing a unique and vital piece of the puzzle:
Chimana Child Protection Organisation (CCPO) is our lead partner, focusing on keeping children safe and upholding their rights.
Inclusive Global Media (IGM) gives children the tools and platform to express themselves through film and other media platforms.
Skills Amplification Programme (SAP) prepares children for the future by equipping them with practical, lifelong skills.

Protection
A child cannot grow if they do not feel safe. We work to protect children's welfare and ensure their rights are always respected.
Voice
Every child has a story and a right to be heard. We use the power of media to give them a platform to speak out and share their own perspectives.
Skills
A safe future requires practical ability. We equip children with lifelong skills in areas like technology and creativity, opening doors to opportunity.

Projects
GROW Consortium is implementing various projects in Chipinge and aChimanimani.
To date, it has done a film project titled “Tsitsi 1.” Thus project was themed on the need for people to register children at birth so that the children will not be deprived of their future.
